• Collaboration Across Teams: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including branch offices and technical departments, to review project specifications, layouts, and manufacturing requirements. Ensure all manufacturing processes are aligned with customer and project needs.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions. Use data-driven approaches to analyse production performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement new techniques or technologies to enhance efficiency.
• Health & Safety (EHS): Support health and safety initiatives on site, ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations. Assist in enforcing site EHS procedures and work closely with external agencies when needed.
• Technical Guidance & Training: Support the training and development of technicians and other engineering staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to perform their tasks effectively and safely.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports for senior management, tracking project progress, manufacturing performance, and timelines. Highlight any challenges and suggest improvements as necessary.
