Are you an experienced Nursing home manager looking for a new opportunity near Harlow? We're on the lookout for a Home Manager to take on a State of the art nursing home . This exciting role offers the opportunity to grow a dedicated team in a state-of-the-art facility, ensuring the highest standards of care and comfort for residents.

As the Home Manager, you'll enjoy a salary of £80,000, negotiable based on your experience + impressive welcome bonus of up to £10,000 . You'll also receive an enticing annual KPI Bous scheme. Plus, you'll be entitled to 35 days of annual leave, and a contributory pension scheme.

Our client operates top-tier nursing and residential homes across the UK. They're dedicated to creating a homely and supportive environment for residents, with a proven focus on staff engagement and high-quality care.

As the Home Manager, you'll be:

Responsible for all aspects of care within the home, from budgeting and staffing to maintaining compliance with CQC standards and regulations.
Utilising your clinical background and active NMC Pin to uphold evidence-based practice.
Demonstrating excellent commercial awareness, ideally within the care industry.
Multi-tasking and prioritising effectively to improve care quality.Package and Benefits:
