Time 4 Recruitment have an opportunity for a Temporary QUALITY ASSURANCE SITE MANAGER for 4 to 6 months work cover in Cambourne, Cornwall. As Temporary QA Site Manager you will assist the project manager with the construction of a project of 280 luxury houses and town houses, all traditional build with timber frame.

The role of QA Site Manager is for an immediate or ASAP start to run over in the new year however could continue longer term for the right candidate on other sites in 2025

The tasks of a QA site manager include setting up quality control protocols, conducting detailed inspections at various stages of construction, and working closely with construction teams to address any issues that may compromise the project's standards.

Our client is a highly reputable, family run award winning residential development company who build exceptional quality homes in desirable areas of South Wales and the Southwest of England, Devon and Cornwall.

You MUST be a QA Site Manager from a residential Timber Frame background to be considered for this role

As Quality Assurance (QA) manager you will be responsible for ensuring that the construction project meets quality standards:

* Create and maintain quality procedures, standards, and specifications

* Oversee the implementation and management of quality control activities

* Conduct internal audits and inspections, and verify the quality control processes of construction contractors

* Meet with clients to understand their needs, and communicate project quality requirements to all departments

* Advise clients on quality assurance and quality control issues

* Document all construction activities and write management and technical reports

* Develop others and ensure training and learning of team members

* Report to senior management on quality-related performance, including suggested improvements

* Oversee budgets

* Deal with any issues that arise with customers or project

Tickets required for this role :

* SMSTS

* Quality Assurance qualifications preferred

* Fire Marshal certificate

* First Aid 3-day qualified

* CSCS skill card

Benefits:

* Salary Hourly rate - £24- £25 per hour

* 45 Hours per week
