The Role:

So, what will you be doing as a Project Manager?

Take full accountability for the management and delivery of assigned projects, ensuring they meet time, quality, and budget requirements.
Lead and coordinate bids from concept through contract award, working closely with business development to deliver successful proposals.
Develop, execute, and maintain detailed project plans, statements of work (SOWs), and schedules, working cross-functionally within a matrix organization.
Manage risks, issues, and opportunities, ensuring that all logs and registers are accurate and up-to-date throughout the project lifecycle.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure customer satisfaction and effective communication.
Identify and pursue follow-on business opportunities in partnership with the business development team.
Regularly assess project performance, addressing root causes of any issues and driving continuous improvement.
Manage and report project status and performance, ensuring data accuracy in business systems.
Lead and present at project meetings, progress reviews, and stakeholder forums.
Comply with company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards.
Maximize business performance and profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Ensure all projects adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and best practices.
Foster a positive, productive, and safe working environment.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize performance.

What are we looking for in our next Project manager?

Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field.
Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of achieving business goals.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience managing budgets, schedules, and profit and loss.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
