We are looking for dedicated, compassionate individuals to join our client's team at their fantastic, purpose-built care home in Aylesbury. Whether you are an experienced Care Assistant looking for a supportive and inclusive employer or someone motivated to begin a meaningful career in health and social care, we want to hear from you

Why Join Our Client’s Team?
Our client believes that your passion, values, attitude, and behaviours matter more than your previous career background. • Working as part of a dedicated team to deliver the highest standard of care.
No two days are the same, and you’ll have the chance to make a real difference in someone’s life every single day.

What We’re Looking For:
• A kind, caring, and compassionate nature.
• A team player who can also work independently when required.
• A passion for supporting older people and a genuine desire to help them thrive.
• Previous experience is desirable but no prior qualifications or experience are needed; just the right attitude and commitment.

What Our Client Offers:
In addition to a highly competitive salary, you’ll enjoy a range of fantastic benefits, including:
• 20 days holiday (excluding bank holidays) with an option to purchase additional annual leave.
• Life assurance.
• Discounts at retail stores and online retailers.
• Access to nationally recognized training courses and qualifications.
• Genuine opportunities for career progression and professional development.
• Employee Assistance Programme, including free counseling and legal advice.
• Chaplaincy and pastoral support.
• Wellbeing resources.
• Family-friendly policies.
• Long-service awards.
• Free uniform and DBS check.
• Healthcare schemes at competitive rates.
