Role Overview

The Sales Outreach Specialist will play a critical role in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads for mywage. This role will focus heavily on proactive strategies such as cold calling, personalised LinkedIn outreach, and attending industry events to build relationships and generate interest in our solutions. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through a combination of cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and other proactive prospecting techniques.

*

Research and target prospective clients within the staffing sector to understand their needs and potential fit for mywage solutions.

*

Create and execute personalised outreach campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn to build meaningful connections with decision-makers.

*

Qualify leads by engaging in discovery conversations to identify challenges and potential solutions.

*

Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with campaigns and messaging.

*

Maintain accurate records of lead activity, status, and follow-ups using our Salesforce CRM

*

Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and trade shows to represent mywage and generate leads.

*

Work closely with the sales and solutions teams to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads.

*

Provide feedback on market trends and client needs to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Required Skills and Experience

*

Proven experience in a business development, sales, or lead generation role, ideally within the payroll, HR, staffing, or SaaS sectors.

*

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.

*

Proficiency in cold calling and personalised outreach, including LinkedIn prospecting.

*

Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.

*

Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups simultaneously.

*

Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales outreach platforms.

*

Confidence in representing the company at events and networking opportunities.

*

Self-motivated and proactive, with a desire to continually improve processes and strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in outbound sales or lead generation within the payroll or HR software industry.

Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other prospecting tools.

Knowledge of the staffing or recruitment sector.

Background in attending and maximizing opportunities at trade shows and industry events.
