About the role:
As a SEN Teacher, you will play a key role in supporting students with special educational needs, providing tailored lessons that foster their academic and personal growth. Join us to help create a nurturing environment where every student can thrive and reach their full potential
Essential Qualities That We Are Looking For:
Plan and teach lessons that meet the unique needs of students with SEN.
Provide personalised support and guidance to autistic students, helping them grow academically and personally.
Work with other teachers and outside professionals to create strong support plans for SEN students.
Keep accurate records of student progress, making sure all paperwork is up to date.
Build positive relationships with students, parents, and carers, encouraging open communication and teamwork.
The Successful Candidate Will:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Previous experience of working in a secondary school is preferred.
Experience of working with SEN students.
Knowledge of SEN strategies and interventions, including behaviour management techniques.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.

To work with GSL Education as a SEN Teacher, you should:
Have the right to work in the UK.
Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years.
Have a DBS registered to the update service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education.
