Process Team Leader

Reporting to the Shift Manager , the Process Team Leader will be responsible for writing all the processes across Plant.
The Team Leader Opportunity
Gobel & Partner Ltd are a leading supplier of Total Quality Management Services to the Automotive and Aerospace industries. We are currently recruiting for a Team Leader to work across all areas of the plant writing the processes as required . Working on-site at one of our most remarkable Automotive Clients, this is a fantastic opportunity for the right person.
The Team Leader will be responsible for the following:
* Supervising the team
* Supporting the Shift Manager with achievements and expectations
* Carrying out & running BMW containments
* Overseeing VZ3 qzone inspection area when required
* Supporting on the set up of customer projects.
* Communication between the team, Shift Manager and Plant Manager
* Training & auditing live containments.
* always Ensuring accuracy and efficiency
* IT packages & Computer Literate is desirable.
* Audits
* Writing work instructions(WIS/WES/SOPs)
* Writing and evaluating risk assessments
* Writing Job set up
The Ideal Candidate:
* Strong leadership experience within a Manufacturing/Warehouse/Automotive type environment.
* An automotive background would be desirable but any manufacturing background would be considered as long as the individual has strong leadership skills.
* You will be organised, resilient and have the ability to think outside the box.
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: £13 per hour
Working hours/schedule:
Dayshift - 14:00pm - 22:00pm - Monday - Friday
With Possible cover Saturday work if Oxford OEM Production requires.
There could also be a requirement of traveling to OEM sites if required
Expected start date: Immediate.
