About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with teachers, pastoral staff, and other team members to ensure each student receives the support they need.
Encourage and motivate students, promoting self-confidence and a love of learning.
Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.Key Requirements

Experience working with young people, ideally in an SEN or SEMH setting, is beneficial but not essential.
A caring, patient approach and a strong commitment to supporting students.
