Position: Production Engineer

We are excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced Production Engineer to join a thriving and expanding organization. This role is critical to maintaining and improving operations in the Assembly Area Department, working with advanced assembly machines and equipment on a 24/7 basis.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support the Department Head in maintaining production output and running assembly machines when required.

* Diagnose and repair faults on assembly machines and associated equipment.

* Identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving measures.

* Train new team members and support the development of existing staff.

* Log and manage tasks using maintenance software.

* Collaborate with team members and other departments as needed, including rotational weekend cover.

About You:

The ideal candidate will bring:

* 5–10 years’ experience in a production assembly environment, ideally in a shift-based or 24/7 operation.

* Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to diagnose machine and product quality issues.

* Proficiency with workshop machinery and familiarity with ISO 9001:2015.

* Self-motivation, discipline, and excellent communication skills.
