We are seeking a dedicated Commercial & Supply Chain Assistant to join our team at GFSL

We are a Ministry of Justice business who provides critical and time-bound services to HMPPS, and are looking for a Commercial & Supply Chain Assistant with any combination of:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel - Essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective issue resolution and collaboration - Essential
- Proven administrative expertise and experience working across departments in complex environments like FM - Desirable
- Calm and adaptable to change, highly organized with multitasking ability and strong team ethic - Essential
- Experience with commercial contracts and administration, ideally in Facilities Management (FM) - Desirable
