I'm currently partnering with an innovative technology company, based in Central London, which specialises in creating products for data collection and management. Their platform enables tens of thousands of users across the country to perform data checks for various large clients.

With a team of 35, they are now in their next period of growth and pride themselves on having a transparent culture, sharing insights into their business performance, growth and financials with their team.

The Role They are seeking an experienced Senior React-Native Developer to spearhead the modernisation of their mobile application. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact, as they aim to transform their entire codebase within the next 6-12 months.

Remote - Office attendance is required one day per week (Wednesday) in their Central London WeWork office.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the Mobile Development using React-Native

* Collaborate with their designer to implement high-quality Figma designs

* Work closely with the back-end team to ensure seamless integration

* Contribute to architectural decisions and best practices for their new codebase

* Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and scalability of their web applications

Requirements

* Extensive experience with React-Native

* Strong understanding of front-end architecture and best practices

* Experience in leading significant refactoring or rewriting projects

* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

* Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

Interview Process

1. 30-45 minute initial chat over Zoom with the CTO and Back-end Lead

2. 4-8 hour paid technical test (£25 per hour)

3. Final chat with CEO
