Salary: £11.00 - £12.50. per hour | Annual: £23,796 - £26,000 (£24,796 - £28,000 OTE with monthly bonus)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Scheduler to join our Small Works FRA Department. In this role, you'll coordinate fire door and fire stopping jobs, working closely with tenants, housing managers, and field operatives to ensure efficient scheduling and route planning.
Key Responsibilities:
* Schedule appointments with tenants via phone, text, and letters.
* Update CRM with appointment details and tenant information.
* Communicate access details to field operatives.
* Create job calls for new contracts.
* Coordinate with housing managers on common area access.
* Plan daily routes for engineers and ensure a full schedule.
Requirements:
* Strong organisational and administrative skills.
* Experience with CRM systems.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
* Good knowledge of UK geography and logistics.
