Job Title: Patient Scheduler

Overview:
Due to further demands for this service vacancies now exist for hospital based Patient Schedulers to receive referrals and schedule patients for out-patient appointments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the booking and scheduling arrangements, following appropriate referrals for all radiotherapy appointments.
- To ensure that therapeutic radiographers, clinical oncologists and chemotherapy nursing staff are fully informed at all time of planned patients and to ensure that patient information and medical alerts are adequately displayed
- The coordination of suitable interpreting arrangements to ensure patients and the nursing team are fully supported.
- Maintain electronic and paper records of appointments and schedules

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in an office or administrative role
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in scheduling tasks

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
