SEN Teaching Assistant | 1:1 Support for Autism | £80-£100 Per Day | North London

Reeson Education is looking for a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to work 1:1 with a pupil with autism in a fantastic school located in the borough of Enfield, including areas such as Enfield Town, Edmonton, Southgate, and Palmers Green. Role Highlights for an SEN Teaching Assistant:

Daily Rate: £80-£100, based on experience.
Work Schedule: Full-time position to provide consistent and personalised support.
Location: A supportive school with a strong focus on SEN, based in Enfield.Your Role as an SEN Teaching Assistant:

Provide tailored 1:1 support for a pupil with autism, adapting approaches to meet their individual needs.
Assist in implementing the pupil's Education, Health, and Care Plan (EHCP).
Foster the child's social, emotional, and academic development through patient and consistent support.
Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to ensure the pupil's progress and well-being.What We're Looking for in an SEN Teaching Assistant:

Experience working with children with autism or other special educational needs.
A calm, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting pupils with unique needs.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the school team and families.
