Key Responsibilities as a Legionella Risk Assessor:

* Ensuring customer and business compliance with ACoP L8, HSG274 part 2, BS 8580-1 and other relevant industry standards and guidance

* Promoting and supporting Health & Safety regulatory standards and practice at site and in our service delivery

* Problem solving /diagnosing faults within Plumbing Systems and making recommendations for maintenance and remedial work where appropriate

* Compiling accurate schematic diagrams of domestic water systems

* Conduct detailed Legionella Risk Assessments in accordance with the Approved Code of Practice L8 & HSG274.

* Perform ongoing services such as Legionella Risk Assessments, temperature monitoring, and routine water hygiene checks.

Requirements for a Legionella Risk Assessor:

* Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Legionella Risk Assessor or in a similar role.

* Full UK driving licence.

* Ensured customer and business compliance with ACoP L8, HSG274 part 2, BS 8580-1 and other relevant industry standards and guidance

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Approved Legionella Risk Assessor Qualification (eg: City & Guilds, BOHS, WMSoc)
