Location: North London
Salary: £20-25 per hour
Duration: 3-6 months
Greenacre are pleased to be supporting a social housing organisation, based in North London, with their recruitment of a Fire Risk Co-ordinator.
This role would suit someone who’s worked in a repairs/ compliance team, with the co-ordination of fire risk actions.
What will you do in the role?
* Liaise with Project Managers and contractors, regarding outstanding fire risk actions and co-ordinate accordingly
* Chasing contractors for job updates and escalate any issues that may arise
* Updating trackers on Excel
Who would excel in this role?
* An experience compliance officer or repairs co-ordinator, with knowledge of FRA’s
* Advanced Excel
* Great organisational and rapport building skills
