Key Responsibilities:
People Support: Provide expert HR guidance to support our retail operations, ensuring our people practices align with business objectives.
Culture Champion: Foster a positive and engaging work environment that attracts and retains top talent.
Employee Relations Expert: Address employee relations issues proactively, providing support and guidance managers.
Talent Acquisition and Development: Contribute to onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires. Champion our employee brand to enhance retention and engagement.
HR Program Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement effective HR programs that support our business goals. Ideal Candidate:
Passion for People: A deep understanding of HR principles and a genuine desire to create a thriving work environment.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capacity to build relationships across all levels of the organisation.
Commercial Acumen: A commercially focused mindset that aligns HR strategies with business objectives.
Employee Relations Expertise: Proven experience in handling employee relations matters with professionalism and empathy.
Results-Oriented: A proactive and organised approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
