Coordinator of Health and Social Care (Full-time, Permanent)
Location: Blackheath
Salary Range: £38,829 - £55,462
Start Date: January 2025
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Coordinator of Health and Social Care to lead and inspire our Health and Social Care team. Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Health and Social Care department.
Motivate and manage a dedicated team to deliver high-quality teaching and learning.
Drive student success, ensuring significant academic progress and exceptional results.
Monitor and evaluate teaching practices, addressing areas for improvement to maintain excellence.
Implement robust performance management and quality assurance systems.
Use data analysis to track progress, inform decisions, and promote continuous improvement.
Ensure all required documentation is in place and teaching standards are consistently upheld.Essential Skills and Attributes:
