Full UK Driving Licence.
Previous administration experience.

The important work you will do in this role will contribute to the company's collective success. Here is what you can expect day-to-day:

Take full ownership of ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and safety requirements, including Gas Safety/CO Alarms, EICR, EPC, and HMO regulations.
Stay current with industry trends and regulations, making recommendations for process improvements.
Handle invoice processing.
Liaise with clients and contractors.
Oversee legislative responsibilities.
Perform other duties as required by management.

Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 per annum

Location: Worthing
