This is a hugely rewarding role, as this PCN works with a wide demographic of truly lovely patients, ensuring the delivery of quality care and enhancing access to care. This PCN has been setup to ensure that their multi-disciplined clinical team are able to go above and beyond to make a difference in the lives of Farnham’s people.

You won’t need the Masters in Advanced Clinical Practice, just Primary Care experience and Prescribing qualification. The PCN required a clinician who’s an overall team player, as you’ll be surrounded by a fantastic multi-disciplined team of clinicians that provide a wonderful environment to develop and progress. As part of the team, you can expect a very manageable workload, with no extended hours requirement, with a huge amount of support from the partners and leadership team. This is a training PCN, so they will support with any further development and qualifications you choose to pursue, including the ACP Masters. This really is the place to be to develop as a clinician

Salary – £50,000 - £56,000 per annum FTE + NHS Pension + 5 weeks annual leave (bank hols excl.)

Your role –

Advanced Nurse Practitioner
Part-time role – 20 hours per week
Primary Care experience required
No ACP Masters required, but must be a Prescriber
Overseeing acute appointments – Minor Illness and Minor Injuries
15 min appointment times
Mostly face-to-face appointment
All same-day appointments, but capped at 14 patients per clinic
Deliver quality patient care
Work closely with the Practice Managers and clinical teams
