We are currently looking for a Residential Childrens Support Worker to work flexibly on a shift by shift basis across 2 homes in Medway and Meopham as and when the shifts become available.

The shifts will run from 7am until 7pm or 7pm until 7am.

Pay rates are also negotiable depending on experience

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading provider of residential care for children. The company is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Childrens Residential Support Worker to join their team. As a Childrens Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children and young people.

Key Responsibilities

* Providing support and care to children and young people with complex needs

* Working as part of a team to ensure that the needs of the children and young people are met

* Assisting with personal care and daily living tasks

* Supporting children and young people with education and recreational activities

* Building positive relationships with children, young people, and their families
