**Responsibilities:**
- Assess the needs of children to identify support requirements.
- Provide guidance and counseling to individuals and families facing challenges.
- Connect families with essential community programs and support services.
**Requirements:**
- Relevant qualifications or experience in child welfare, social work, or related fields.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize and communicate effectively.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with vulnerable populations.
-Level 3 Diploma/QCF/NVQ 3 in children and young people minimum
**Additional Information:**
- Background checks and certifications such as first aid training or child protection may be required.
- Full-time or part-time positions available.
