Pay: Days Support worker starting rate: £20,962.50 pa

Night Support worker starting rate: £22,522.50 pa

Full Time 37.5 hours per week

Drivers not essential

**Requirements as a Children’s Support Worker**

⦁ To promote, safeguard and protect the welfare of our young people

⦁ Establish and maintain positive and trusting relationships with our young people

⦁ Encourage the development of individual interests of our young people

⦁ Support our young people to attend school which is situated on site

⦁ Experience of supporting young people who may be vulnerable is essential

⦁ UK Driving license

**What do we ask of you as a Children’s Support Worker?**

⦁ Understanding and commitment to the role

⦁ Participating in activities and ensuring we provide young people with a place they feel at home

⦁ Be capable of working on your own initiative

⦁ Have good inter-personal skills and be a positive team player

⦁ A desire to engage, motivate and encourage the young people in our homes
