The schools Data & Exams Manager position has now been split into 2 separate roles, which has left a vacancy for an Exams Officer to join them on a term time only +5 days basis.
As the Exams Officer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the schools examination processes for GCSE, BTEC A-Level.
Responsibilities include:
* Process exam entries for students
* Organise, train and manage invigilation team
* Provide exam and invigilation timetables
* Results day organisation
* Organise correspondence of exam information to parents & students
* Liaise with SENCO for special arrangements
This role requires previous experience managing GCSE and A-Level examinations in a school or college, a good understanding of JCQ regulations, an excellent work ethic and willingness to learn.
You will be joining an experienced and supportive team who are looking for somebody who wants to join them on a long term basis
In return
This role is being offered on a term time only +5 day basis, with a full time equivalent salary on offer of £30,825 plus fringe allowance of £988.
