About the role
As repair centre manager your role will be to -
* Achieving sales and profit objectives in line with the business plan.
* Hold daily meetings with key staff to agree on output targets.
* Monitoring customer complaints, ensuring that they are resolved quickly and fairly.
* Work with the business development team to ensure the business meets agreed service levels.
* Preparing accurate reporting in line with weekly and monthly reporting requirements (DOS).
* Act as the 'public face' for the site, whilst planning, organizing, and directing all aspects of the business.
* Actively encourage customer feedback (and evaluation).
* Develop detailed knowledge of clients.
* Lead and maximise business development opportunities.
* Develop a flexible team ensuring that facilities are resourced.
* Engage with all staff, reviewing performance, and identifying development opportunities.
* Ensure that all Housekeeping, Health and Safety, Manufacturer compliance requirements are adhered to
You will play a pivotal role in our customer journey, working in partnership with customers and our skilled production team to achieve the best outcome.
What we look for
* The drive and passion to deliver high-quality customer experiences and outcomes.
* Knowledge and experience of the ‘prestige’ vehicle market
* Commercial awareness - the ability to maximise profit.
* Willingness to embrace Motofix philosophy.
* 5 years of General Managers experience or similar.
* Excellent communication skills written/verbal.
* Encourages collaborative working environment.
* Computer literate with a technical and/or business degree (preferable).
