Electrical Contracts Manager

Responsibilities of the role:

Oversee various contracts, primarily in the Social Housing sector, while also managing projects within the domestic and commercial sectors.
Managing a variety of projects with a focus on quality, health, and safety compliance
Lead and inspire a team of engineers, supervisors, and administration staff
Build positive relationships with client and contractors
Ensuring contracts are accurately documented, providing monthly reporting
Overseeing monthly financial reporting whilst controlling costs
Supporting the team’s NICEIC membership
Key skills/person requirements:

Minimum NVQ Level 3, AM2, and City & Guilds 2391 (or equivalent)
Proven leadership in managing engineers and supervisors
Strong grasp of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, Outlook
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Commercial awareness and familiarity with various contract conditions
My client is offering an annual salary of £40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience.
