Are you a Maintenance Co-Ordinator or similar with a background in scheduling engineers, looking for a role in a growing company who are able to offer an autonomous role managing your own desk with routes to progress and a performance related bonus?

This dynamic company are in an expansion period currently looking to grow their team across the board. They carry out property maintenance across Electrical, HVAC and General Facilities on sites they are responsible for. Looking for motivated individuals who are trying to build a career within the industry.

In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling and communicating tasks to engineers, uploading accurate documentation of jobs and reporting their progress as well as carrying out general administration tasks such as invoicing and dealing with enquiries. This company are looking for a career driven candidate that is comfortable working independently as well as part of their team.

This role will be suited to a Maintenance Co-Ordinator or similar looking for a position as part of a company in a period of expansion, who are able to offer progression routes within the business as they grow.

The Role:
* Maintenance Co-Ordination

* Comfortable working on Computer systems
* Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00
