**The Role**
Due to our ongoing growth we are currently recruiting for a driven and professional Repairs & Maintenance Surveyors to join our team based in Stratford upon avon. As a Repairs & Maintenance Surveyor you will provide proactive and timely support to the commercial management function. The Repairs & Maintenance Surveyor will take ownership of work, have great organisation skills, ability to forward plan and meet deadlines by prioritising work. The ability to manage and nurture the assistant Repairs & Maintenance Surveyors and report up to the Managing Surveyor with a view on corporate strategy. A Repairs & Maintenance Surveyor will receive training and full support.
