Job Title: Senior Building Surveyor - Repairs and Maintenance Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to lead our repairs and maintenance team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in building surveying and a proven track record of managing teams.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire their team to deliver excellent results. They will also have a deep understanding of Section 20 processes and the ability to apply the NHF schedule of rates.

The role will involve managing relationships with internal teams, including Housing, Direct Maintenance, Minor and Major Works, Leasehold Teams and others. The successful candidate will also be responsible for leading by example and being confident in their ability to diagnose repairs and specify remedial works.

The successful candidate will have a professional qualification in Building Surveying or a qualification through relevant experience. They will also have demonstrable experience in providing excellent customer service and the ability to influence and manage relationships with important stakeholders.
