HVAC Business Development Manager

They are recruiting for a Business Development Manager, you will be:-
* Covering across the London and M25 areas – going into the Redhill or Sevenoaks offices only when essential as this position will be based on the road
* Growing the company’s service and maintenance contracts business through warm leads and your own hunting for clients
* Helping to obtain more clients for commercial heating, air conditioning, and mechanical services as well and some fire and smoke prevention services
* Calling and visiting prospective clients on your patch to get service and maintenance contracts signed
* Preparing and presenting planned maintenance schedules to new clients
Skills needed to be a Business Development Manager:-
* You can be living anywhere around the London or M25 area as this is where you will be growing the business
* You need experience working as a relationship manager or business development manager
* You need to have experience selling service and maintenance contracts in any HVAC, M&E, construction or engineering field
* Having any sales or business development experience in fire and smoke prevention would be a massive advantage but is not essential
* You need a good telephone manner and administration skills as well as brilliant face to face skills
Salary and Benefits of a Business Development Manager:-
* 35-45k basic salary depending on experience
* 10% of salary for commission (1% of the contract value of new contract)
* 5k car allowance
* 25 days holidays + 8 bank holidays

* Workplace pension
