Location: Sudbury
Salary: £30,000 to £32,500 + Bonuses & Overtime
Hours: 40 hours per week, No weekends

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain parts stock levels to ensure availability and efficiency
Oversee the ordering and receiving of vehicle parts, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
Liaise with service and workshop departments to meet their parts requirements
Provide excellent customer service to internal departments and external customers
Monitor parts performance metrics, including stock turnover and obsolescence rates
Implement and maintain accurate records for stock control and audit purposes
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve parts operationsRequirements:

Over 3 years of experience as a Parts Advisor in the automotive industry
Strong knowledge of vehicle parts and stock management processes
Excellent communication and organisational skills
IT literate with experience using parts catalogues and management systems
Ambitious and ready for career progression into a Parts Manager role
Ability to work independently and manage workload efficientlyThis role offers a fantastic opportunity to advance your career in a supportive, well-established Main Dealer environment.
