We are looking to recruit a Multi Trade Plumber who will be responsible for delivering a range of plumber and multi trade works within the major works department to the London Borough of Hounslow.

Responsibilities:

Installing, maintaining, and repairing pipe including joins, valves, drains and fixtures in all types of structures, using schedule of rates.
Clearing blockages, locating and repairing leaks and making repairs to piping works leaving premises watertight and safe.
Carrying out a range of plumbing works including installing sinks and associated items to kitchens, bathrooms, and toilets.
Coordinating with general contractors and other building professionals on a job site
Following current rules and regulations related to plumbing to ensure that systems pass inspection for the first time
Keeping and maintaining records of time spent on a job and materials purchased for work
Preparing budgets and estimating costs to bid on potential work
Responding to plumbing emergencies, determining the issues, and making a repair. Requirements:

City & Guilds OR NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing and Heating
Full UK Driving Licence (clean)Benefits:

7:30 am to 4:00 pm Monday to Friday
A company van and fuel card (strictly for business use only)
