SEN TA:

Prospero Teaching are looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils in a primary school near Burnley. This is a full time position. You will need to have an excellent curriculum knowledge and clear communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Leading groups of children on learning activities
Managing behaviour effectively
Preparing resources and establishing learning areasPosition Details:

Location: Burnley
Position: SEN TA
Hours: 8:45am-3:45pm
Full time/part time: Full time only
Type of work: Temporary
Start date: December 2024
End date: Ongoing
Minimum rate of pay: £90 per day depending on experienceExperience, Training & Qualifications:

Up to date Safeguarding certificate within the last year (desirable but training can be provided)
Team Teach qualification would be highly desired
Level 2 Teaching Assistant Qualification would be highly desirableTO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

Hold right to work in the UK

Hold and enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application

Provide two professional child related references
