We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service & Sales Advisor in Falkirk. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering outstanding service while effectively addressing their inquiries and needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats, providing accurate information and resolving issues with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Sales: Proactively identify sales opportunities during customer interactions, offering suitable products or services that meet their needs and driving revenue growth.
Problem Solving: Listen to customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions, ensuring a positive experience with every interaction.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our products, services, and promotions to offer tailored advice and recommendations.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to share knowledge and support each other in meeting team targets and delivering exceptional service.What We Offer:
