The Role
A global manufacturer of high quality bespoke forklifts seeks a new Sales Executive. You will receive industry leading training from their top Sales Managers who have worked their way up through promotion from this very same position. You will manage an existing base of current clients and also target new business within the area. This is a position that offers true long term career progression with a leading brand name.
Experience Required
You will already be a successful sales person consultatively selling a solution into the supply chain industry especially; manufacturing, warehousing and logistics. You will be given established accounts to manage that will still provide you with commission but you must be a new business hunter as you will be incentivised to a much greater extent to bring on new business. Although you will be selling to a variety of sized companies you must be adept at communicating with all levels of decision maker. On large deals this will include presenting and negotiating on high value contracts. Please note, you must have a minimum of 1 year’s B2B field sales experience to be considered for the role.

Chosen Sales Executives come from a variety of backgrounds but all come from a consultative sales background. Sales Executives are taught a very unique way of selling in the industry that is completely based around maximising the efficiency of warehousing solutions and minimising costs.
The Package
A competitive starting basic salary of £32,000 basic and an achievable uncapped OTE over £40,000 year 1 then £50,000 - £70,000 upwards is on offer for the Sales Executive selling forklifts. This is dependent on your required level of experience and previous sales performance in creating new business in the B2B sector. The package also includes a company car, mobile phone, laptop, private health care, pension, health club membership and child care vouchers.
