QUANTITY SURVEYOR

EDGWARE, NORTH WEST LONDON

PERMANENT POSITION WITH A SALARY UP TO £75,000 DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE

O'Neill & Brennan are working with a successful Tier 2 Contractor based in London, who have a requirement for a Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis.

For this Quantity Surveyor role, you will be site based full time in Edgware, working on a £30m residential development consisting of a high-rise block of 35 units. You will be overseeing a Trainee Quantity Surveyor, whilst reporting into the Managing Quantity Surveyor.

Your duties will include cost management, price variations and subcontractor accounts.

This role will suit Quantity Surveyors with a minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience, and main contractor building experience.
