A successful and growing property developer with a portfolio of one-bedroom apartments to six-bedroom homes are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their Barnet based team.

**The Quantity Surveyor's role**

The Quantity Surveyor will be quickly involved with a new apartment scheme in Cockfosters for 226 one
- and two-bedroom apartments just minutes from Cockfosters train station.

The Quantity Surveyor will report to the Managing Quantity Surveyor in the Barnet team and will be expected to showcase their experience in procurement, tendering, producing packages and subcontractor management.

**The Quantity Surveyor**
- 3+ years Quantity Surveying experience
- HNC/HND in Quantity Surveyor
- Experience with a Developer preferrable
- Experience with Residential New Builds preferrable
- Experience within the Residential sector essential
- Full valid UK driving license
- Willing to commute across North London and Hertfordshire
