Package: Car/ Allowance (upto £5,500) + Bonus Scheme + 25 days annual leave & 8 days bank holidays + additional company benefits.
Facilitate Search have partnered with a leading Facilities Management services provider to recruit an experienced Project Manager to work on a key education contract in the North West of England.
Key Responsibilities:
* Working within an existing project management division, you will be a Project Manager leading works ongoing on a longstanding education contract.
* Will be responsible for 10-15 education sites in total you will deliver projects such as Mechanical, Electrical & Fabric works as well as specialist projects that could be unique to each building.
* Project values will vary, however you will be expected to deliver between £3m-£4m per annum.
* This role will be working on a PFI contract and you will be expected to communicate with SPV’s, End Users as well as contractors supporting the project works.
Requirements:
* Hold formal qualifications in an electrical, mechanical or building fabric discipline.
* SMSTS/ SSSTS Certificate
* PFI experience REQUIRED
