The Opportunity
Are you ready to take on a dynamic role where your design coordination skills will shape high-rise residential projects? We are seeking a talented Design Coordinator to join a leading contractor in the high-rise residential sector based in Manchester. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of design processes, working closely with architects, engineers, and project managers.
 
In this hybrid role, you’ll spend 3 days on-site and 2 days working from home, giving you the flexibility to balance hands-on involvement with remote planning.  Your expertise will help streamline communication between teams, ensuring that every project phase is coordinated to meet the highest standards.
 
Responsibilities

Coordinate with architects, engineers, and internal teams to ensure design specifications are met.
Review and manage project designs, ensuring compliance with regulations and client requirements.
Facilitate clear communication between on-site and remote teams, ensuring project milestones are achieved.
Provide technical support and solutions throughout the design and build phases. What’s in it for you?
