A lovely primary school in Oldham is seeking a highly organised and efficient school administrator to join their office team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a good working knowledge of SIMS.
 
About the Job:

Location: Oldham
Contract type: Full Time, Temporary (with potential for permanent)
Salary: Competitive
Start: ASAP
 
Key Responsibilities:

You will manage the day-to-day administrative task within the school, including answering the phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors
You will use SIMS to maintain accurate student records, input attendance data, and generate reports
You will assist with managing school communications, including newsletters and parent correspondence
You will provide general administrative support to staff and leadership, including filing, photocopying, and managing school supplies
You will handle sensitive information confidentially and in line with school policies and safeguarding guidelines 
Key Requirements:

Experience using SIMS is essential
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication skills, and the ability to interact professionally with staff, parents and students
Previous experience working in a school or similar environment is desirable
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
