About the Company
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Regional Operations Manager to join a leading Contract Catering business within their Education sector

The successful candidate will have multi site operational experience and a good understanding of the Contract Catering industry. This is a high profile role with a wide span of autonomy and the opportunity to progress and develop further

Must have contract catering experience, ideally within education
Building and maintaining excellent client relationships at all levels
Ensuring business retention consistently
Responsible for the delivery of results both personally and through team members
Will be involved in managing performance management, staff development and coaching
Responsible for the implementation of policies, procedures and systems
You will be the main point of contact for your clients and team
You will strive to continually exceed client expectations and provide excellent customer care
Must be experienced and confident with delivering presentations and accounts across financial performance, general updates, client discussions, business planning etc.
Responsible for setting objectives for yourself and your team
Working with the Operations Director to develop a business plan
Budget preparation and management
Actively involved in sales tender processes and presentations
Will consistently lead by example, promoting positivity and the company values at all times About Us
