We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead our SAP S/4 Hana Upgrade initiative. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the project through the planning, execution, and completion of the upgrade. Reporting to the Senior Leadership, Project Sponsor and the Steering Committee.
Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership: Lead the end-to-end SAP S/4 Hana upgrade project, including planning, resource allocation, and execution.
*
Stakeholder Management: Engage and manage stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project objectives.
*
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive management to minimize impact on project delivery.
*
Budget Management: Develop and manage the project budget, ensuring alignment with financial constraints and objectives.
*
Timeline Management: Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, ensuring timely completion of project milestones.
*
Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
*
Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and resource utilization.
*
Reporting: Provide regular project updates to senior management, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
*
Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transition and adoption of the upgraded system.
*
Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants, ensuring delivery of project components as per the agreed-upon terms.
Key requirements
*
Experience: Preference to be given to those with 5+ years of project management experience within an SAP environment.
*
SAP Expertise: In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4 Hana and previous experience with SAP upgrades and implementations.
*
Certifications: a recognised Project Management qualification.
*
Technical Skills: Strong technical understanding of SAP systems and infrastructure.
*
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
*
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
*
Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
*
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and handle multiple priorities.
