As an Internal Business Development Manager, you will:

Serve as the primary contact for brokers and intermediary partners, offering guidance and resolving queries.
Support field-based BDMs by managing broker communications for a seamless service experience.
Host video calls, webinars, and presentations to engage and update brokers on products and services.
Collaborate with underwriting and sales teams to deliver outstanding service and achieve targets.
Assist brokers in understanding the company's Bridging Finance offerings.
Build and maintain new relationships with brokers and intermediary introducers to drive business growth.

The ideal Internal Business Development Manager will have:

Experience in finance or a related field, with knowledge of Bridging or Development Finance preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present confidently.
