Primary SEN Teacher - Woking - Education and Training

Woking - Education and Training
As a Primary SEN Teacher , you will be responsible for planning and delivering tailored lessons to students with a variety of needs. This role requires a creative and patient approach, as you work to create an inclusive and nurturing classroom environment.
Salary: £33,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Woking. You will be joining a forward-thinking school with a strong commitment to supporting both staff and students to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, deliver, and assess tailored lessons for children with special educational needs
Work closely with other staff to create Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
Provide a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment
Monitor and track progress, ensuring that each child is supported to meet their goalsRequirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience working with children with SEN, preferably in a primary school setting
