Your mission will be to develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities that align with TST Group’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

* Client Relationship Management: Build and strengthen key client relationships within the TST network, ensuring long-term success and client satisfaction.

* Growth and Opportunity: Collaborate with clients to drive growth, identify new opportunities, and monitor performance to ensure consistent delivery of service excellence.

* Contract Support: Assist with contract negotiations, tenders, and commercial agreements, ensuring TST Group’s competitive positioning.

* Strategic Planning: Partner with clients on forecasting and planning to meet strategic and commercial objectives.

* New Business Development: Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities, expanding TST Group’s reach in the marketplace.

* Market Insight: Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes to keep TST Group at the forefront of innovation.

* Performance Reporting: Provide regular updates to the executive team on sales activities, pipeline development, and progress against targets.

What We’re Looking For:

* Commercially Savvy: You’ll have a keen eye for identifying the right customer solutions and driving business growth through strategic decision-making.

* Relationship Builder: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to forge long-lasting partnerships with new and existing clients.

* Organised & Efficient: Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

* Effective Communicator: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills that influence positive outcomes.

* Self-Starter & Team Player: Proactive with a senior-level initiative while collaborating effectively within a team environment.

* Flexibility & Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, showing adaptability to change and a problem-solving mindset.

* Essential Requirements: A full driving licence and at least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role within the transport industry.
