Key Responsibilities
Instructional Delivery: The teacher will deliver Functional Skills lessons in Maths and English across multiple levels, focusing on:

Setting high expectations to inspire all students to reach their potential.
Parental Engagement: Engaging parents in the learning process is essential. The teacher will keep parents informed of student progress, promoting active involvement in their educational journey.
Relationship Building: Building supportive, trusting relationships with students is crucial, particularly with those facing complex challenges. Teachers in this role will model inclusive values and recognize the importance of diversity in learning.

Educational Certification: Candidates are required to have a recognized teaching qualification, such as a PGCE, Certificate of Education, or an equivalent credential.
Experience:
Demonstrated expertise in teaching and lesson planning.
Experience working with young people, including those with additional educational needs or behavioral challenges.
Strong behavior management skills to effectively support students with complex needs. Additional Information
Salary: The salary range is £24,961 to £33,000.
Contract Type: This is a full-time, permanent position.
