Programme Manager

Our client, a leading automotive manufacturing company that specializes in producing high performance vehicles is currently looking for a Programme Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of multi-disciplinary projects across the electric vehicle programme portfolio.
The Programme Manager will:
Coordinate with engineering, design, finance, and production teams to ensure seamless communication and execution across all programme phases.
Track project performance through KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with the organisation’s broader objectives.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success while minimizing disruptions.
Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Ensure all programmes are delivered within the agreed-upon timelines and budgets, adjusting project plans and resources as necessary.
The Programme Manager will have:
A degree in engineering, business, or project management is highly desirable; PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant certifications are advantageous.
Exceptional project management skills, including experience with agile or lean methodologies.
Proven experience as a Programme Manager or similar role, preferably within the automotive, technology, or manufacturing industries.
Strong track record in managing multi-disciplinary projects with high levels of complexity and innovation.
Expertise in managing budgets, timelines, and resources for large-scale projects.
