Our client, an innovative and ambitious company, within the industrial sector, requires an experienced Quality Co-Ordinator to form part of the Quality Department. As Quality Co-ordinator, you will Coordinate quality activities within the business and oversee compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS) and external accreditations, while enhancing the value of the Quality Department through various projects and improvement initiatives.
Due to the nature of this role, it will be fully on-site in Tiverton.
Quality Co-Ordinator Key Responsibilities:
* Lead internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with ATEX, ISO, and UL standards
* Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs) and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve quality issues
* Oversee quality process improvements and participate in new product implementations
* Administer equipment calibration and maintain accurate records
The Requirements of the Quality Co-Ordinator:
* Proficiency in conducting internal audits and handling external audit requirements (ATEX, ISO, UL)
* Ability to address non-conformance issues and implement corrective actions
* Experience in quality process improvements and managing engineering changes
* Knowledge of equipment calibration procedures and maintaining calibration records
