Key responsibilities:

Manage the entire billing cycle, from data collection to invoicing and reconciliation.
Ensure timely and accurate issuance of invoices and related documentation.
Lead and develop the billing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
Monitor and report on billing metrics to drive performance enhancements.
Implement and optimise billing systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
